Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Time

UPS Ground and USPS Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly on the UPS website or in the USPS website if you chose this option. 

Damages

All orders are carefully inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, write us to: cchcanopys@gmail.com and include photos and other evidence of damaged products.
